We are one community that is made up of three schools: Elementary, Middle and High School. Hyde-Bronx School's purpose is to teach students that each one of them is gifted with a unique potential that defines their DESTINY.

Middle School
Hyde Leadership Charter School’s Middle School  serves students in 6th through 8th grade. An academic Homework Help and after-school program (from 4:15-5:15 p.m.) are available to all students.

The Middle School is specifically designed to inspire and develop character within our students as well as to establish a strong academic/educational foundation through a researched and standards-based curriculum. Our broader goal is to instill skills and values that will support and propel all students as they encounter both academic and social challenges. Our population includes students from across the city with diverse learning needs, which includes English Language Learners and children who have been identified as in need of Special Education services.

We set high standards and expectations for the school community and believe that all children can achieve excellence. Hyde-Bronx Middle School staff is chosen on this premise. Additionally, our teachers and staff are selected for their dedication to education and commitment to character development of children and themselves. Our heterogeneously grouped classes (grades 6 through 8) have an average class size is 25 students.
