We are one community that is made up of three schools: Elementary, Middle and High School. Hyde-Bronx School's purpose is to teach students that each one of them is gifted with a unique potential that defines their DESTINY.

Did You Know?
Admissions
As a public school, Hyde Leadership Charter School is open to qualified students residing in any of the five boroughs of New York City.  Because we are a public school, there is no fee to attend.
  • We accept applications each year for our new Kindergarten and 6th Grade classes. We sometimes have openings in other grades, and so we will accept applications for our wait list for other grades.
  • If you are interested in learning more about Hyde-Bronx and would like to submit an application you should attend one of the Information Sessions.
For current dates and times, click here. The Admissions Office will schedule your family interview if your child is accepted for admissions.

Results of the lottery were mailed to every applicant the week of April 19th, 2010.

For more information, please call Hyde-Bronx at (718) 991-5500 and ask for Admissions or e-mail the Admissions Office.

We strongly encourage parents to attend an information session so that they can understand the Hyde-Bronx program which they are thinking about applying to. We will, however, also accept the NYC Department of Education's Common Charter School Application which can be found by clicking this link: NYC Common Charter School Application Form
